Bust of Christ

It displays sensitive modeling of the face and neck as well as carefully worked undercutting and incising of the long flowing hair and beard. The idealizing style and high quality of this bust make it an important example of Venetian sculpture around 1500. Another version is in the Church of San Pantalon in Venice.
